Question 1

Do I get free credits when I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new workspace starts with $5 in free credits, no credit card required. That's enough to spin up the AI, connect a channel, and put real conversations through the product before you decide to top up.

Question 2

How does the calculator recommend an amount?

Accepted Answer

We estimate how many AI credits your usage will consume in a typical month, add a buffer for headroom, and translate that directly into a dollar amount. You can nudge the recommendation up or down before signup, or just top up more later from your dashboard.

Question 3

What actually counts as a conversation?

Accepted Answer

A full back-and-forth between a customer and your AI, from the opening message to resolution. Follow-up messages inside the same session are part of the same conversation, not new ones.

Question 4

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Credits stay valid for a year from the date of purchase. We send an alert when you hit 80% of your balance so you can top up before running out, and we never charge you automatically.

Question 5

What's the difference between Credits and Workspace Modules?

Accepted Answer

Credits are the AI's fuel. Every conversation, voice minute, and image the AI handles draws from them. The Analytics Dashboard is an optional workspace module that adds reporting without consuming credits. You can buy credits without it, or add it later.

Question 6

Are agent seats included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The human hand-off portal and its agent seats are included free on every plan, with no per-seat charge. Invite as many teammates as you need and route conversations to them from the shared inbox.

Question 7

Is Web Search extra?

Accepted Answer

No. Web Search, knowledge-base lookups, and other AI capabilities are included in the base cost of a conversation. No add-on math to think about.

Question 8

What happens when I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

New conversations pause until you top up. Anything already in progress finishes cleanly. You control the top-up cadence, so nothing is billed automatically.

Question 9

Can I turn off modules later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Analytics Dashboard bills yearly and can be cancelled any time from the dashboard; access continues through the current cycle.

Question 10

How does QuickTalk compare to Intercom or Zendesk pricing?

Accepted Answer

QuickTalk is significantly more affordable. Intercom charges $29-$132 per seat plus $0.99 per AI resolution, and Zendesk starts at $19-$209 per agent. QuickTalk starts from as little as $5 in AI credits, includes the human hand-off portal and agent seats free on every plan, and only bills you for what the AI actually uses. No per-seat charges, no per-channel fees.

Question 11

Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For high-volume workspaces we offer negotiated rates, seat pricing, SSO, and a dedicated success manager. Contact sales for a custom quote.
